Machine main frame is produced by AISI304L stainless steel materials.
Sides of bath have radius and features no backlashes. There is not any dead points in the baths. So contamination is prevented. Machine stops when temperature loss.
Bath grounds are sloping to drain and drain valves provide complete discharge.
Water of a bath never mix with the water of the next or previous bath. There is seperation curtains, recuperation plates, air blowing systems and drenage stations in every stage to prevent this mixing.
Easy cleaning for all baths , features manhole for inspection and maintenance.
Detergent and disinfectan comsuption has a direct proportion to liquid transfer between baths .Liquid transfer is prevented by separation walls , sepration sheets , airflow system and drainage stations.
