Its outstanding components allows Y.Multiplex with Y.HDR-Inspect to distinguish itself through excellent detail detectability and image quality at a simultaneously high throughput.
In addition to YXLON Y.HDR-Inspect technology, the universal X-ray system Y.Multiplex can also be equipped with fully automatic defect recognition (ADR) and with computed tomography.

Using ADR, even the complex specifications issued by leading automobile manufacturers can be fulfilled.

The tomograms generated during CT inspection supply information about the position and size of existing flaws. Thanks to optimized methods, the CT results are rapidly available and can be visualized directly on the X-ray system.

Radioscopic and CT images can be combined in any way desired in the course of programmed inspection controled by Y.Image x600. The inspection operator does not require any expert knowledge of either X-ray or CT technology to evaluate the X-ray images or tomograms.

In light of these options, Y.Multiplex is the optimum solution for application during production. Its large inspection envelope enables X-ray inspection to be utilized for a very broad spectrum of parts.
