UNIVERSAL SMOKE is a medium-sized model from the Fume Extractors division.Thanks to its extremely flexible configuration, it can also be used for collecting chips and dust thanks to its 110 Lt. container.Specifically designed for the suction of fumes/vapors/gases from various work processes such as welding, milling, washing mechanical parts, laser cutting, plasma; it is used in various industrial environments.The unit consists of two containers, the upper one dedicated to housing filters and motors, and the lower one (equipped with a lever mechanism for extraction) dedicated to collecting impurities that may be aspirated during various operations. A comfortable and ergonomic handle allows for easy extraction thanks to the supplied wheels.A powerful and integrated cyclonic system, carefully designed, ensures that fumes follow a forced and optimized path inside the filtering chamber, achieving maximum removal of contaminant components.The innovative and elegant anti-tip design of its robust trolley with non-marking wheels allows the full extension of its articulated arm even in a horizontal position, enabling the capture of fumes at great distances and even in hard-to-reach positions.(N.B. – there is also a version where, instead of the articulated arm with collection hood, a simple spiral tube can be used)Thanks to its omnidirectional articulated arm (100 mm diameter in the basic configuration and 3 meters long in the standard model), it allows capturing fumes directly at the source before they disperse into the air and contaminate the surrounding area, thus preserving the operator's health.
