SEMIAUTOMATIC TRAY SEALERS FOR CLOSING PREFORMED TRAYS - FP SM-A SERIES The FP SM-A semi-automatic tray sealers are suitable for packaging food in preformed trays with plastic sealing film in PP, PET, PS, PE. They are ideal for delicatessen shops, hypermarkets, grocery stores, craft workshops, and catering. All machines are made of stainless steel and anodized aluminum. The work process is timed and electrically controlled; functions are managed via the digital panel. Standard machines operate with a 220 V power supply; models with a 120 V power supply are available on request. OPERATION: The operator must place the tray in the mold and push the mold into the tray sealer. Subsequently, the machine will automatically seal the film onto the tray. An acoustic signal alerts the operator at the end of the cycle, and once the mold is removed, it will be possible to extract the sealed trays. In this series of tray sealers, the film remains sealed on the tray but is not cut. If a film wider than the tray is used, the operator must finish the job by manually trimming the film.
