Eastern Instruments is a Certified Women's Owned Business Enterprise which engineers, designs and manufactures a wide variety of engineered solutions for the accurate measurement and control for the flow of both solids and air. Located in Wilmington, North Carolina. Since 1984, Eastern Instruments has been engaged in the development of world class solids flow meters and feeders as well as air flow measurement devices and multivariable transmitters for a variety of industries including the food, petrochemical and agricultural industries as well as the power generating sector.
Founded in 1984, Eastern has evolved into a manufacturing organization that builds engineered-to-order components as well as complete systems for clients located around the globe. Backed by more than thirty patents and an experienced staff of engineers and designers, the company's focus is on the use of mass flow technology in applications that involve mixing, blending, inventory control, truck/rail car load out, and much more.
