Descripción

The HZCR-5000 Power Quality Analyzer is a comprehensive testing instrument, meticulously developed by our company and specially designed for three-phase field testing. It is multifunctional, intelligent, and offers a concise human-machine operation. It is easy to use, features a large LCD screen, high resolution, Chinese and English interface, and an impact-resistant housing. It can simultaneously measure 4-channel current (three-phase ABC and neutral current), 4-channel voltage (three-phase ABC voltage and neutral-to-ground voltage), current and voltage peak values, maximum/minimum values during a period, three-phase imbalance factor, short-term voltage flicker, transformer K factor, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor and displacement power factor, total harmonic distortion and harmonics, etc.; displays real-time waveform and bar graphs of the harmonic relationship of the current voltage; dynamically captures the instantaneous variation of the current voltage, monitors inrush current and power parameters, and generates an alarm list and trend chart to record long-term test data. IntroductionThe HZCR-5000 Power Quality Analyzer adopts a dual-processor DSP + ARM architecture. The DSP is used for data acquisition and algorithm processing, while the ARM is used for communication protocol and human-machine interface processing. Analog signal acquisition is performed by two AD7655 from ADI. The AD7655 resolution is 16 bits and supports 4-channel synchronous sampling. The highest sampling frequency can reach 1 MSPS, ensuring channel accuracy and information integrity, so no transient changes in the network are missed. It can more accurately detect transient waveforms with sharp rises and falls, and instantaneous waveform interruptions. The DSP operating frequency is above 200 MHz, enabling timely monitoring of the power grid and dynamic adjustment of the sampling frequency to achieve synchronization of power frequency and sampling frequency. It uses a 5.6-inch color LCD screen, 640 x 480 pixels, with different color displays for phase parameters, waveform, vector diagram, harmonic relationship, allowing users to more efficiently and intuitively understand the status of power grid parameters. The built-in flash memory can store 60 groups of screenshots, 150 groups of transient voltage/current waveform captures, and 12,800 groups of alarm lists. The inrush current detection mode can continuously capture the inrush current waveform for 100 seconds. Built-in 2G memory card for storing trend curve records, simultaneous recording of 20 parameters (selectable as needed), collecting data every five seconds, and trend curve records can be stored for 300 days. The power quality analyzer, also known as the intelligent three-phase power quality analyzer and multifunctional power quality analyzer, simultaneously functions as a harmonic analyzer, phase voltmeter-ammeter, and electrical parameter tester. It is applicable to the electric, petrochemical, metallurgical, railway, mining industries, scientific research institutions, and metrology departments. It is especially suitable for comprehensive analysis and diagnosis of all electrical parameters of voltage, current, power, harmonics, and phase. Basic Functions Real-time waveform display (4 voltage channels/4 current channels). True RMS values of voltages and currents. DC components of voltages. Peak values of current and voltage. Minimum and maximum RMS values of current and voltage per half cycle. Phasor diagram display. Measurement of each harmonic up to the 50th order. Bar graphs show harmonic relationships of current and voltage for each phase. Total harmonic distortion (THD). Active, reactive, apparent power, per phase and accumulated. Active, reactive, apparent energy, per phase and accumulated. Transformer K factor. Power factors (PF) and displacement factors (DPF or COSΦ). Short-term voltage flicker (PST). Three-phase imbalance (current and voltage). Transient Capture FunctionMonitors instantaneous changes in voltage and current parameters of the power grid, including voltage fluctuations, voltage spikes, voltage sags and short circuits, temporary overvoltages, inrush currents, and instantaneous voltage distortion. The instrument can simultaneously store 150 sets of transient waveforms. Inrush Current MonitoringMonitors line overcurrent and inrush current during the startup of electrical equipment, facilitating proper capacity design. Allows visualization of the rising/falling RMS curve during startup, the inrush current envelope curve, and the waveform of the four current and voltage channels. Records approximately hundreds of seconds after triggering and stores the instantaneous current/voltage and waveform curve of each cycle in hundreds of seconds. Trend Graph Recording and Storage FunctionStores all test parameters of the basic functions (Urms, Uthd, Ucf, Uunb, Hz, Vrms, Vthd, Vcf, Vunb, PST, Arms, Athd, Acf, Aunb, KF, W, VAR, VA, PF, COSΦ, TANΦ), 50 voltage harmonics and 50 current harmonics. Creates the trend curve. Records data over a long period as needed (simultaneous selection of 20 parameters to record data every five seconds, allowing for approximately 300 days of recording). Alarm FunctionSet limit values as needed. If exceeded, an alarm record will be generated, such as: voltage, current, imbalance, harmonic ratio, frequency, active power, and total harmonic distortion. Up to 40 different alarms can be configured; each group can set different monitoring parameters (including 50 harmonics, a total of 123 different parameters) and limit values, as well as set the minimum exceedance time. The record can contain up to 12,800 alarms. Snapshot FunctionAny screen (screenshot) can be saved, and at the same time, the time and test mode are automatically recorded. For example, voltage and current waveforms, harmonic bar graphs, phasor diagrams, etc. can be saved. Up to 60 screenshots can be saved. Communication FunctionCommunicate with a computer via USB; the monitoring software can display the power quality analysis waveform, read the transient waveform, record trend graphs, record alarms, screenshots, and view on the computer. Configuration FunctionThe user can set the time and date, adjust the screen contrast and brightness, define the curve colors for each phase.Select the type of network connection.Configure the type of current sensors and voltage ratios.Select the Chinese or English menu. Chinese/English Help MenuAt each stage of operation, you can press the "help" key to obtain relevant information.
