Rotovibromatic is especially suitable for the automatic production of large-sized precast elements, with or without bottom, monolithic, even with special geometries.The machine can produce, depending on the model, elements with a maximum diameter of 3,000 mm, or even 3,000 mm x 3,000 mm, with a variable height between 250 mm and 3,000 mm, in single operation mode (multiple production can also be provided on request). The type of vibration can be chosen according to needs (vibrating column with hydraulic locking/unlocking of the mold in each cycle, vibrating bench with hydraulic locking frame of the molds, or standard vibrator mounted inside the core).Technical Features:Equipped with a bottom pressing system to ensure greater compaction and fixation.Can be equipped with a quick hydraulic mold change system, allowing daily mold changes in less than 1.5 hours (no need to adjust the internal mold, external molds, and pressers after production change).Fully automatic concrete feeding: the conveyor belt is combined with a special epicyclic spreader with 4 rotating elements, distributing concrete in minimal time even to the most peripheral points. This solution is very effective in the production of rectangular pieces and large rectangular tanks.Additional components make Rotovibromatic highly functional: vibration regulation (mechanical or electronic via inverter), loading hopper that can be inspected for cleaning, automatic extraction of precast elements at the end of the cycle via motorized trailer, with possible subsequent movements and storage.The system can be complemented with automatic feeding of base pallets (flat bottoms) for overturning production, or standard bottoms for direct demolding production, with cleaning and greasing of the bottoms, introduction of gaskets, and automatic overhead movement.
