Features & benefits- Linear design: linear output stages provide very low residual ripple and noise, delivering extremely stable output voltage and current for sensitive circuits.
- High readback accuracy: outstanding programming and readback accuracy, low-current measurement range suitable for IoT sleep-mode measurements. For output currents ≤ 200 mA the measurement resolution is 1 µA; currents below 200 mA measured with resolution 1 µA and accuracy ±(0.15 % + 25 µA).
- FlexPower: maximum power available at various operating points; voltage/current combinations covered are shown in FlexPower curves.
- Channel Fusion: two output channels (on multi-channel models) can operate in series or parallel to double voltage or current capability. Serial mode connects outputs internally; parallel mode requires external wiring.
- Measurement & analysis: integrated statistics (min/max) for power, voltage and current; data logging is standard.
- Arbitrary waveform: arbitrary function (EasyArb) available on CH1.
- Protection functions: OVP, OCP, OPP, OTP and FuseLink (on applicable models).
- Interfaces: USB-TMC, USB-CDC (virtual COM) and LAN (standard on models).
- Ease of integration: rear-panel 8-pin connector block for outputs and remote sensing.
